    I haven't done it in awhile but I used to take a glass, fill it a quarter way with vinegar and dip celery in it and eat it. Then when I was done I would drink the vinegar. big grin

    I like them snack trays, the ones with carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, celery and cauliflower with the ranch in the middle.

    Has anyone ever smothered raw carrots with melted cheese? It probably stops being 'healthy' at that point, but still I can imagine that it wouldn't taste bad.
